Data collected

Through the forms on the site we collect:

• Contact form: name, email, phone (optional), company (optional), conversation type, content of the message.
• Waitlist: email and context (optional).

Purposes and legal basis

Data collected through the forms is processed exclusively to:

• respond to received requests (art. 6.1.b GDPR — execution of pre-contractual measures);
• manage the waitlist subscription and contact the data subject when new spots open up (art. 6.1.a GDPR — explicit consent).

Retention

Contact form data is retained for the time strictly necessary to respond to the request and, if a professional relationship is started, for the time required by its management and the related legal obligations. Waitlist subscriptions are retained until the data subject revokes consent.

Your rights

You may exercise at any time the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability provided by artt. 15–22 GDPR, by contacting the controller through the means indicated above.

Sharing with third parties

Form data is not sold, transferred or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. The site is hosted on a server managed directly by the controller.

To protect the forms from automated submissions (bots), the site uses Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare, Inc.). When a form loads, Turnstile performs a passive check in the browser and sends technical signals to Cloudflare (including IP address and device characteristics) to determine whether the request originates from a human.
