How we proceed.
The timing and shape of the first contact are declared in advance. Transparency about the process is part of transparency about the work: we lay out the steps in advance, out of respect for the time you give us.

Confirmation
You'll receive a confirmation email within a few minutes of sending. We read it ourselves — it isn't an automated reply.

First conversation
As soon as we can, usually within a few days, we'll suggest a few slots for a thirty-minute video call. No prepared sales material: just questions about your reality and your current priorities.

We decide together
If material to work on together emerges from the conversation, we build a written proposal with scope, timeline and cost. If it doesn't, we'll say so with the same honesty: sometimes the right answer is "not now", or "not us".
