Method

A clear path.
In four stages.

The approach we offer starts from your real data, not from theoretical models. It delivers a system that works. It adapts when the economic context changes.

01

Phase 01

Diagnosis

“Which information do you actually need to govern the company, and to what extent is it available today?”

The diagnosis phase is dedicated to observation. We examine the information flows in use, the systems the data come from, the moments at which they are re-adapted by hand, and the roles involved in the reporting process. We listen to those who produce the numbers today and to those who use them — or would like to. The result is a sober snapshot of the current state, free of judgment and ready to support the decisions that follow.

Deliverable

Map of information flows, gap analysis, intervention priorities ranked by impact and effort.

02

Phase 02

Design

“What's the right shape for your context, without over-engineering it?”

On the basis of the diagnosis, we design the control system in its architecture, its tools and its roles. The complexity of the proposal is always proportionate to the context: a forty-person company doesn't need the infrastructure of a multinational, and the reverse is just as true. We agree priorities, timelines and boundaries with you, and close the phase with an executable operating plan — not a directional document.

Deliverable

Architecture of the control system, implementation roadmap with measurable milestones, detailed engagement plan.

03

Phase 03

Implementation

“How do we bring the system into production without slowing down daily work?”

We build, configure, integrate. Work proceeds in short iterations, which let us release value even before the project closes. We stand alongside your team through the critical passages: the first closing handled with the new system, the first forecast, the first budget review at full regime. The operational goal of this phase isn't deployment, but the first closing run autonomously with the system fully in production.

Deliverable

Live system, first closing executed, internal team training, living documentation.

04

Phase 04

Evolution

“And if the business changes?”

Your team runs the system in day-to-day operations. When the business model, the corporate structure or the underlying systems change, the control system has to evolve: we come back to the table for that, and only for that — within a declared scope and timeline.

Deliverable

Ongoing retainer, on-demand mini-projects, seasonal support at peak moments.

Engagement formats

Three ways of working together.

Ongoing retainer

A recurring dedicated hour budget, sized to the context, for closings and support to the internal team. Cost and scope agreed upfront.

On-demand mini-projects

Engagements on individual areas: a new module, an integration, the redesign of an executive dashboard. Planned in order, not run in emergency mode.

Seasonal support

Intensive support during the peak moments of the financial year — annual closings, budgets, due diligence — with declared time and a clear endpoint.

We start from diagnosis

Every path starts with diagnosis.

We don't propose solutions before seeing your reality. It all begins with a thirty-minute conversation over video call.

We're sizing the first engagements. If the proposal interests you but it isn't yet the right moment for a conversation, leave your details: we'll be in touch when the next window opens.
